Aetna 2023 Insurance Cards

Happy New Year from AGMA Health and Retirement!

All active health members should have already received or will soon be receiving an updated version of their Aetna Insurance card.

Below are examples of what your new card will look like, depending on which plan you belong to. Members can see the updates to the new card in the RETAIL RX line, which is pointed out in red in the attached document, as well as the in/out of network deductibles and out of pocket maximums displayed on the back!

If you believe you should have received your card by now, please feel free to email us at info@agmafunds.org or call our office Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm at 212-765-3664 and select option 0. We will be able to check in with Aetna to see if your new card has been sent out, and if not we can help initiate that process.
